All Mine are max awoken, friend is only 2 awakens but has 3 latents, 2:auto heals
None are max skilled most only have 1 less than the normal cd so pretty farmable or for non spenders. The leader could be a different healer that does decent auto heal
The auto heal is imperative to get through the 5th floor. dont worry about poison the auto heal covers that. Kind of a grind on the 5th floor, skills arent going to help much so use as needed on the previous floors maybe recharge by the last floor. Safe grind. On the 5th floor try to save Healer girls skills just in case one of them gets bound you have a safety net to wait out the bind or remove the bind that way you dont lose your auto healing. Make at least 1 combo per turn on 5th floor and try not to let the poison build up.
Im not sure how necessary the friend has the 2 latent auto heal but im sure it helped and i never got close to dying . If I had to match more than 3 of the poison I would try to make sure I did some heart matching and combos too. when there were too many poisons I just did 3 at a time till the board was mostly clear or at least clear of them to start doing major combo moves again. Not sure this is necessary either but its what I did. Hope this helps
