On the first wave, clear it as fast as you can before they can kill you.
Then on the next wave, try to stall if you can. Since you have a poison resistance, the spawned poison orbs won't be a pain.
On the third wave, try to clear it as fast as you can, for as it will be a pain once you get her under 30%.
The fourth wave is difficult. You want to get him as low as you can without getting him under 20%, where he'll finish you off. His mid-row skill didn't activate when I was doing this so be careful.
On Amon, you want to nuke him before he can kill you.
Then comes Indigo. Use Hera's Gravity and then Gail's of you have to heal. After that, pop Neptune and Izanami. Try to finish her off in the three turns you have the shield or else your screwed. I used both Karin's which helped clearing Indigo.
