Dragon Guardian need 230,000 pts. to S-rank. That means total of 15* (rarity) over 6 monsters.
This gives a couple possibilities since this dungeon isn't that hard. My builds are generally centered around a friend with #1423 Shining Lance Wielder, Odin that is at least max level and fully awakened for 2000 HP/turn auto-healing. Yes you can probably do this with dual-ronia leads and any 4 1* monsters, but not everyone has a ronia themselves; it's not TOO hard to get a _friend_ with Odin (though not everyone has him max evo/max level/max awakened, so you may need to do a little of your own math to make sure you will clear HP limits).
Anyway, the team builds we have available with only 15*s and Odin are Odin's 7*s and 8 other stars, but we have to have all 6 monsters, so those 8 other *s can be:
4x1*s with 1x4* OR 1x3*
3x1* with 1x2* & 1x3*
2x1* with 3x2*

***#184 Poporing (see below at the 3* calculations)*** BEST 3*, possibly better than any of the 4*'s!
Fl 1: Kill one, grind Odin skill, save green orbs (red orbs if using #925).
Fl 2-4: Odin one, kill down to one, grind Odin skill, save green orbs (red orbs if using #925)..
Fl 5: Odin one--if any 2 synched, choose one of those first. Save heart orbs for healing if any 2 or all 3 synched. If none synched, you auto-heal every hit.
***Fl 5 (Firefly): Blast one with Odin and Firefly--Odin blast is about 65,000, so you only need to do ~75,000 with Firefly (Remember--red so it gets x2!), which means it needs to have ATK of at least 750 (level 19, but 20+ is better).***

4358*1.2 = 5222 (Odin 4299, Firefly 1153 max level [and/or +400 with 2 awakenings]) is enough to survive this, and Odin auto-heals 6000 in the 3-turn timer.

4358*.5*(.2+2) = 4793.8 <---- Poporing HP limit ~4800. Odin is 4300, Poporing is 750, so this team makes the limit without trouble. Probably also auto-heals the damage in the 3 turns.
Fl 1-4: As above.
Fl 5: As above for Bane and Cyclops teams; for Poporing, just grind forever and use Odin blast as often as it comes up. If you have a fire spirit, use it twice for easy win.

If you have 3 flame spirits, that's great. If not, you can run only 2 (need at least the 2 to kill the boss with no attacks). Just do Floor 1-4 as above, make sure at least 2 of your flame spirits are up and get your Tamadra.
