Hopefully by FLR4, you have karin and if possible, Hermes up. Use Karin (and Hermes if possible) to OHKO. On Boss, Sonia + Bubblie should OHKO. Sonia again if he doesn't die.

Kill 1, 2, and 3 FLR. on FLR 3, do multi-hit, stall on FLR 4 for Echidna and Shynee, but be careful, she hits hard after 30%. Use Echidna on boss, use all skills and kill when it's 1-2 turns left for goemon to attack.

You have, essentially, 4 heartmakers and 1 delay... space them out intelligently and you won't have a problem on boss.

Jimbo: As noted by first comment, yes this was meant to be a legendary build not a mythical build. I got my goemon on legendary with this build a while ago. To the comment on not being bind proof: the RK (or any other extended dam reduct active) is a standard way to survive through a bind (double leader as well). It works well.
By notBrN@PG: A generally safe but slow build, just rush through the first 3 rounds and you can grind on the 4th floor boss. When on goemon let him attack first and then put up RK skill for the incoming binds. Use x2 MS when he begins to throw coins.
Use rainbow keeper and DJ when you need to.

When you reach Mitsuki, pop Siren to heal through her binds. At Goemon, use VO, pop both Gravities and with a max Awoken I&I and 5 turns, you will easily beat him.

By tada: 1.2.3 Blast through first three levels easily. You can try to store some orbs by leaving a blue ninja up. Once you get to FlameFox and Geomon it gets a bit tough, need to be good at combos and heal often otherwise when he or she triple hits you may have to pay stones. Don't hesitate to use gig+phk/ares+horus+naga often at lvl4/5
By Allen: Max awoken odin (2 skill boosts). Put on your best monster in the last slot. Big combo on 1st if u dont have the colors and kill the ones attacking next. Swipe until Mitsuki, let it bind you, charge echidna only and be aware you need 25x twice to kill it. Echidna on boss, then use Umiyama's skill to help kill it.
By vgExcor@PG: The first three rounds are the hardest of the five. You may have to use a stone if Goemon binds any of your leaders or you get unlucky with hearts. Once Goemon drops to around 15-20% of his HP, use Raphael, Apollo, Athena, and Thor for the finish.
By ibusy ∞: Toytops, valk max skilled. Hera-is should be at least skill level 6 (25 turns) but not necessary. Rd.1 burst through. Rd.2,3 activate 20x and stall on mid ninja. Rd.4 stall until orochi is up. Use toytops when needed. Rd.5 use Orochi+Hera is. The rest is up to your skill. Toytops can be replace with parv or angelion.

Keep echidna's skill to safely wait until Mitsuki's (4F) binding wear off.
You should have Echidna ready again against Goemon, just hope he doesn't bind Both leader AND echidna at the same time.
For speed boost you can swap Niflheim for Hera-Is.

On Goemon, the goal is to land six Ultra Gravities and two Morning Stars, so start with three gravs, stall for 30 turns, do three more gravs and one Morning Star, pop Siren to heal to 26k or so (to tank Coin Toss), and then finish with your second Morning Star. Siren helps for stalling.
By Meat 36@PG: Adjusted prior recommendation. Adding Susano helps survival of first attack by Goemon. Challenge is quickly killing 1-2 ninjas on the first board. Even with 50% / 75% cut on board 1, survival may be difficult taking 5 hits for 2-4 rounds (until whiskey charges). Ideally, save whiskey for board 2.
