Snark aside, I think it’s quite brilliant what they did with the active from a balance perspective. It adds some drawback to the assist form because of the short cooldown combined with relatively useless active. The assist provides amazing utility with the god killer and double dmg shields, so the bad active on a short CD makes you consider carefully whether it’s worth the risk. And regarding this form, a 3Cd active is always great because it gives you unparalleled flexibility regarding utility assist actives to inherit.
